Is Runbriel free?

Yes. Runbriel is free to use. There is no subscription.

I've never run before. Is it for me?

Yes. Beginner to Running starts with short run and walk intervals and builds up slowly over about ten weeks.

Do I need a watch or a special app?

No. Runbriel tells you what to run. You can write down what you did by hand, with or without a watch.

Is this medical advice?

No. Runbriel gives general training guidance. If you have a health condition, an injury or pain, talk to a doctor before you start.

Which languages and units?

English and Greek, in kilometres or miles. You can change both at any time.
